The personal data this website collects is what you choose to send us. That is your email address if you ask for live demo sign-in details, and your name, practice name, work email, optional phone number and notes if you fill in the demo request form. The site can also use Google Analytics to measure traffic, which sets cookies in your browser. It runs only if you accept it on the banner, and never before. You can change your mind at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Why we collect it
We use those details for one purpose: to send you the demo sign-in details, reply to your request and arrange a demonstration. We do not sell, rent or share them with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept for as long as needed to follow up with you, and deleted on request. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
