Designed around European standards
The platform is designed around European data-protection standards. Each practice's data is held separately, and access is controlled by the practice itself.
Access and permissions
Role-based access and structured permissions mean team members see only what their role requires. Administrators decide who can view, edit and export client information.
Audit trail
Operational actions are recorded in a complete audit log, so a practice can show who did what and when, for its own governance and for regulatory review.
Documents and email
Client documents and case-related email are stored under controlled handling, organised by client and matter, and visible only to the team members who need them.
Assisted migration
When we help migrate existing records from Dropbox, Google Drive, spreadsheets or client folders, the material is handled only for the purpose of that migration and under your instructions.
